Entry period: The Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on March 7, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on March 17, 2011.

Eligibility: Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, members, and employees of itsThoughtful.com. This Promotion is void outside the United States, District of Columbia, Canada and where prohibited.

No purchase necessary: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of itsThoughtful.com, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to enter: You may enter by completing the online entry form. Entrants may enter multiple times but only one entry per day is allowed. Entries generated by scripts, macros or other automated means will be disqualified. Entrants will qualify for additional entries if a referred friend participates in the contest.

Winner notifications: All winners will be announced on itsThoughtful.com on March 20, 2011. In addition, all gift cards will be emailed to the winners on March 23, 2011.

Winner selection: itsThougthful.com will randomly draw two hundred winners from the eligible entries. All winners will be announced on itsThoughtful.com on March 20, 2011.

Taxes: All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility.

Odds of winning: The odds of winning this Giveaway depends on the number of eligible entries received.

Fake referrals or SPAM: itsThoughtful.com has, at its discretion, the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any referrals are acquired in a "dubious manner" or are not considered to be real. A "dubious manner" includes but is not limited to the following: (i) Having the same individual sign up multiple times with different email addresses (ii) Using temporary, fake, or unused email addresses as "referred" friends (iii) Sending unsolicited emails to strangers or people you do not know

Disqualification: itsThoughtful.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, itsThoughtful.com reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. itsThoughtful.com's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Other: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, itsThoughtful.com may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
